Just got a black Arowana. Have had him almost two weeks and won't eat. He's in a 180. I've tries krill, shrimp, earth worms, pellets and crickets. Any ideas??? Also he's about 12".

Depends on his size. Guppies will work, rosies too if your afraid of goldfish or comets. I like guppies the best. They are the cheapest by far, and easy to find.

my 6" silver wont touch black worms. They just sink to the bottom. I put a few dozen guppies in there and it was like fish porn. He was on them like a cheap suit. He couldnt look away.

Prawns or morio's!
Crickets usually work... maybe giv him some more time, feed with tank light off?

Just continue with what you have been trying. If the aro is wild caught it could take awhile. Mine took about 4 weeks to eat on a regular basis. It is big enough that it can go for a very long time without eating.

Are there other fish in the tank? Also adding floating plants will help the aro feel more secure.
