Just a quick question here, I was at a store which I’m not going to name because quite a few people on here from New York State know the place, but I was in there yesterday and purchased an albino silver Aro... beautiful fish but he also had blacks.... after I bought the albino the owner of the store started telling me that he’s been trying to get more blacks in because they are going to be illegal soon and he wants to get as many in as possible before this happens, I have searched the internet al much as I can and still have found no evidence stating that blacks will be illegal. Anybody know anything on this ?
