Ok so I like the look of the black belt just wondering what kind of interaction to expect. Used to keep a Midas and the personality was awesome. Are blackbelts similar? Or hiders etc.

Black Belts are easily one of the most aggressive Vieja type fish. Expect some attitude. My male is around 8" and holds his own in a 135g with a 11-12" male Jag
Mine is a moderate glass banger but are the most aggressive vieja along with argentea. They are personable

I am housing my friends Black Belt for him right now. When I first got it, it was beating up all the fish in my 125 within two days. I then relocated it to one of my smaller tanks for awhile so that it didn't go on and kill any of my fish. I just put it back in my 125 two days ago and within 24 hours my RTM, JD, and buddies Dovii that I am also housing have almost killed it.
My old BB was somewhat aggressive and def showed some personality, but not as personable as any of my Midas.
