i never seen black koi fish before? are they normal fishes? like regular kois or like speacial like albinos?

They are kinda regular here... Aroudn the same price.. Well for anything here that is a common koi including these the price ranges from 20.00 at around 6" to 100.00 at 9"-12" after 12" the price starts climing by the milimeter But i am in UTAH
