black con male size to full growth

how long wil it take for my 2 inch con to reach 4 to 6 inch so i can breed him with my pink female ( hope its a him ) my pink femlae is 4.5 inches and my black con is 2 inchs.
i need 3 more inches on him b4 i can breed him right?
how long will it take to make him mature ( i now im acon breeder but i had adults nvr juvis b4 )
i feed him dried shrimp flakes and pellets will those help him?
whats the youngest size for my female to accept the male?

Any reason why? At 2" a convict can breed, they reach maturity at about a year of age, slightly less in fact.

Unless she is particularly aggresive and you want him to have the size advantage I don't see how it matters. They don't generally care about age and size in aquaria.
