Black Diamond blasting sand - "Product Must Stay Dry"

I know many people have used Black Diamond blasting sand, and I am probably being paranoid but the 50lb bag I picked up today said "Product Must Stay Dry". (See pic below) It is the 20/40 version fyi.

Is this warning just intended for its actual original intended use?

What do you guys think?

Well you can't use the product as intended for if it is wet, obviously that wouldn't work too well. but your not using the product as intended for therefore I doubt its relevant!

Just a warning. Wet sand in a sand blaster will clump and plug the hose or gun.
