my male p13 captive bred is about 1 year and two months old. in the last 2 months or so his clasper's have gotten monster. he looks like the wild caught marble motoro that come in at 10" fully matured. just curious if when claspers are fully grown if he can breed with my female BD captive bred whos about 1 and a half years old or how do i tell if a female is mature? ive usually heard around 2-3 years old for black rays but if this male is maturing young maybe my female is as well. not sure if there is an established age yet for captive bred blacks in breeding

Am curious to hear others Opinions Marbles on the other hand i have heard anywhere from 1.5 years and up to sexual maturity around 1.5 to 12 inch disc!!!!Or actual data!!!
my leo is a month behind your bd and looks like he is dragging a couple of cukes. lol Has he shown any interest in the female ?
yea actually hes been going to her backside n kinda pushin down on her like when they do it on the bottom of the tanks. nothin crazy though
