Does anyone know if the black filter sponges are carbon? I’m running some meds and didn’t think I had carbon to remove until I remembered I black sponges
The attached pics are all I can find on these. The sponges are for a sunsun 304b

Probably not, same as sponge filter sponges unless specified
Some companies use different colors for different porosity because different materials are more porous than others
