Is this usual, had one then added 2 more and they dont seem to get on?

All around 8" long and in 6' tank, should I just leave them to get on with it?

Cheers

I would seperate them. BGK's really dont get along with each other due to territory dispute witch will keep them fighting usually till death from what I seen personally in the past. 1 BGK = okay..........2 or more = trouble.

my buddy has a 4" bgk, a 7" bgk and an elephant nose all in one tank. i told him not to but you know how that goes

so far no deaths or even fighting...

You never know till you try but, always a bad idea. I would never do it personally.

I had 4 BGK together in a very large community tank for around 6 months without any trouble. Suddendly it started. The biger one made it and a smallish one was saved by me in the last minute....

BGK are one of the most territorial knife fish I've ever heard of. I have one and I'm ok with that.

This is a very bad idea, mostly if you put 2 or more in a tank they will bite off the other bgk's tail or fins. Whoever wins might survive if he has no injury at all.
