black hair moss

Just noticed a couple days ago that I had a moss problem It's black hair moss. Has anyone ever successfully got rid of this stuff without totally redoing their tank and if so any input would be appreciated. My setup is a 100 gal truvue acrylic tank I have a petax cascade 1500 which suposadly pumps 350 gal of water per hour and 2 biowheel top tank filtrations.
