Im having a little problem with black hair moss or algea. What is the best way to get rid of it? Thanks for any help.

actually i think hes a patriot now. and for the black algae stuff.. is it a lot? i had a lil bit here and there.. i just wiped it away.. then it never showed up again.
It is growing on the leaves of my valisneria. I tried to pull it off by hand and it uproots the plant. This stuff is really coarse and tough.
He IS a patriot now and Sabotage's comment was the funniest thing I have seen in a long time. I needed a good laugh. Oh.... and yeah I don't know how to get rid of that black hairy moss.
Few good ways to get rid of the algae. One is a bleach solution dip. Second is a flourish excel double dose if you don't have co2, or single dose if you do.
