Hey guys i was wondering if you can help me out. I'm debating between a Black Hawaiian Trigger and a Golden Heart Trigger....Both are extremely expensive so I can only get one....Can anyone give me the exact details of both these fish I know the Black Hawaiian gets from 10-12 inchs in captivity, any other information would be very helpful....

Thanks Guys:D

The Black Hawaiian will be cheaper by far. I have seen Black Hawaiian as low as 50.00, I have never seen a Golden Heart cheaper than 300. I am just telling you what I I have seen maybe someone else can be of more help.

Both these triggers I just saw at the Dallas Texas Aquarium today, both are very beautiful......and wouldn't you know, the Hawaiian I just returned back to the store last week as I had him for a day and the next day I returned it because he was aggressive to my blue throat trigger and we can't have that so instead I brought home a pink tail trigger and those two are getting along great which makes me so happy as I want a peaceful tank. So I would say a Hawaiian is aggressive towards other triggers but it didn't seem to mind my other fish (but I only had it for one night), I know nothing about the heart, just that it is very beautiful and was in the tank all by itself, hmmmmm, might be an indication it too is aggressive.

I have imported both triggers and i will say that the HWI black is a better way to go. The gold heart is way to aggressive then people are willing to say.
