so i got back from target and i found my jar swiming upwards going to the surface and tring to swim horizantly it looks like if something might have nipped it because a couple of scales missing from his upper back is there anything i can do to help him out thanks

his tank mates a cown knife and a oscar but i took the oscar out earlyer when he was being aggressive torwardas the jar but the jar was doing great when i had taken the oscar out ....

What's a black jardini? I seriously doubt it was aggression. More along the lines of water quality/parameters and/or swim bladder issues.

fish aquarium salt....u get that in the local pet shops...
u know my neighbor face the same prob...thou...

salt will do for the time being...but will check on how he rectify the prob...
