Black mystery snail

i have a massive black mystery snail, but its proving to be quite a terror as he's in my community tank and he's eaten all the plants. absolutely decimated them only the bottom of the plants are left no leaves. what can i do?

Its probably a cana they eat plants and get as big as a baseball.If you want one that wont do so much damage to plants get a brig

If you are attached to it, you could either get it its own small tank (like one of the 2.5 gallons) or if your community tank is big enough get a divider and put him on the side without any plants.

Yea
