Special thanks to my friend Dan Sharifi @ Cichlids of the Americas for taking care of me again! NOWHERE ELSE would I have found this quality of fish, at this size, for this price! I had originally considered getting two pair of these 4"-6" "BLACK" Haitensis but Dan suggested I get a Quad.... this way the male can have his harem of breeding partners and also to maintain this golf ball size nuchal hump! He wasn't kidding! The were shipped Thursday morning, I picked them up late Friday morning.... absolutely pristine packaging, perfect condition even after being in the bag for well over 24 hours... ate within minutes after releasing them from the bags...... AND... the females dropped a tube and was cleaning the clay pipe within a few hours of acclimating! I'm blown away by how awesome these fish are!
