black on the dorsal?

Not the most reliable method of sexing them but if that's all you had to go by, females do tend to have the black markings on their dorsal fin (but not always).

The first pic shows one with a double row flowerline. The second pic is of a fader...its black markings will likely disappear once fully faded. If the pics are the only thing I have to go by, I'd say both are males. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

but since they're bonsai/short body...it seems quite "squeezed"
