not sure on the pics, if the seller didnt know its highly unlikely its a black aro, quite a rare beast in comparason to silvers.

We need better pictures, but based on the ones provided I lean towards silver because of the lack of blue in the fins.

Silver. Black aros have a dark blue and orange trim on their fins and silvers have more of a faint reddish trim on their fins.
