Sorry to do this, but it's the fastest way to get opinions! Which does everyone think would look better in a 150 gallon tank. The background is already black, and it will house a Silver Aro, Clown Knife and a Motoro Ray.
I already have about 50 pounds of Black Tahitian Moon sand not being used; otherwise I need to buy some white pool filter sand from Leslie's Pool Supply. I don't mind the cost, just want the best looking tank.
Thanks-

Are there PFS that are white? I always thought they were more dark tan?

I'm on the same boat and I'm leaning with black sand (same brand too). white sand would look nice too if I can find somewhere the grains are big and not like play sand

not to sound like martha stewart, but i think it also depends on the color of your room and walls. go with something that will look good in the room.

For the aro,definitely black sand.
The knife an argument could be made for either.
For the ray,definitely light sand.

I agree with the room colors as well; additionally, I think the lighting can make a big difference. White will really POP under most lighting schemes, however with black sand I may have to go closer to the 10,000-12,000 Kelvin range for a more visual "blue".
