Black Rhom...can I ship???

I am looking to ship out a 5-6" black rhom from WI to Montana. The temps here are around 70 degrees and was wondering if I should just leave the heat pack out? Gets down to about 45 at night so I'm thinking that I should put it in there. Also, will it be ok if I ship him USPS with a 2 day service committment? Let me know what you think! Thanks for any info!

It gets cold on the plane so I would use heat packs still. Also I would think that you would be safer to ship overnight.

ship overnight and use the heat pack. Also wrap newspaper around the fish bag and put a good layer on top so the heat pack does not overheat the bag

Also, you might want to triple bag, and newspaper in between bags to prevent the fish from biting through the bag. definitely a heat pack. Insulated box (foam around the box), i get them at home depot, insulators foam boards, and cut them to fit
