So say I was to buy a 10" Rhom. Would a 90 be big enough to house it? How big would it grow over time? I have heard of 18" Rhoms, but not captive raised. So a 90, being 18" front to back should work right?

If it does outgrow the tank it will take a while, piranha grow slow at that size, If you need to you might be able to trade tanks for a 75g wide, 48"x24".

a 90 is 48x18x24 i think is std size in the US so it should be ok

thats the dimensions of mine

I have a 10 1/2" diamond rhom in a 48x20x22", 90US gallon tank and there's plenty of room for it.

Ta.

thats def enough room as for the 18" in captivity it can happen but it will take forever since the best estimate for their growth is 1" a year
