black rhomb feeding

i got a tiny little monster rhomb like 6 months ago and he is growing very slowly. i anticipated this, but i just wanted to check and make sure that im feeding right. i feed him/her twice a week and he/she gets about 10 goldies every feeding. sometimes i put frozen smelt in there if the store runs out of feeders. what do all of you feed, and how often?

yes your feeding right, most p's after they have been grown on feeders, they won't eat anything not liveing, so i won't say cut feeding live food out, even though it's bad for them, and the smelt is fine.
