I am still not 100% convinced this is a rhom, it could be one of many of the serra species at that age and size. Nonetheless, great condition and well looked after. Can not wait till it grows over the next year or two, so we can get a good ID on it.

Looks like a Rhom. in person pics dont pick up the traits very well.

At that size sanchezi/rhom look very much alike but nice fish either way.. Congrats because apparently you have more patience for slow growing serras than me.

Nah i just like piranhas too much to care. And its not a sanchezi cause scales has some sanchezi and they look nothing alike.
