Black shark info ?

We had one.It grew to about 10 inches before we lost it.They can grow up to 24" although that is quite unusual. Ours was a bit of a loner, who spent alot of his time hiding among our plants.Once every few months he used to go crazy, tearing up around the tank and would attack the same fish every time. Oddly enough he always targeted our albino shark and albino corries( infact he eventually killed my shark).
Despite that he was a nice addition to our community tank and would eat almost all foods we offered. He was particularly fond of eating our plants though.
If you decide to get one my advice to you would be, make sure your tank is large and roomy enough( coz he will get big, fast!) but with plenty of hiding places.ie bogwood or caves. And make sure you have plenty of hardy plants. He will also become agressive to members of his own species.( that was my mistake)
