It just like any other milksnake, so yes. I can't find any pictures of the hatchlings though, but if you ask a breeder they might give you some pictures. It is a good idea to request photos anyway.

Indigos COST A LOT! I know people who pay over $2000+ just for a male... and they are HUGE. They got girth comparable to a boa constrictor of the same length.
Black Pines? I don't know about them, I haven't seen one up for sale.
