Black Spot Disease on parrot again

So the parrot is getting black spot disease again. i already cured this guy around a month ago with a 86F and aquarium salt.

i added salt to the tank yesterday but nothing good today.
i bumped the temp back to the high 80's though.

hopefully it'll go away, if not what products can i use to cure it?

i have melafix and maracide on hand.
 
alot of the time parrots get black spots from poor water quality, adding meds will only make your water quality worse. keep up on water changes and keep your perams in a good balance and you shouldnt have any trouble.
 
yeah i know that but my nitrates are really low and ammonia nitrites are 0.

i'm sure it's the disease since i had one die from it and this one got it immediatley after being placed in my tank like a month ago.
i was able to cure it with salt and 86F, and it completely went away when i got another parrot buddy for it.

my other parrot is fine.
 
parrots like red devils get balck spots from time to time, their color changes, this may be the answer.
