its been few months now and I still have black spot in my jardini any help? is it parasite or just genes? the black spot is on the side of the body, fins and on the head. any help is welcome.

it eat fine but my mom say she saw the fish scratching on the sands or something, and it matches the description too. I already treating it prazipro. going to treat it for a month mybe.
