Black Spots on Fish?

I got her about a week ago. She had minor black spots on her. Now it is covering alot of her body. Is it a disease??? Will it spread to the other fishes??? What can i do to make it go away?

might have better luck in the freshwater section, can freshwater fish get black ich?

Looks like grime on ur sub or plants and when the parrot rubs up against these it retains some off the goo on it scales?? Imo
