I just started my first tank 3 weeks ago and all I have are 2 goldfish. There are some black spots on the inside of my tank. What are these?

Howdy Aquakitty, and welcome to MFK.

The black spots in your tank are probably a kind of algae (I assume they are attached to glass & tank ornaments?!). If your aquarium is glass, then you can try to remove them with a scrub sponge. If it's plastic tank, try it with something less abrasive. They are only cosmetic, though. If they don't bother you, they certainly don't bother your fish. Just make sure to change water regularly and use water conditioner for your tap water.

The best food to have your goldfish grow to become monsters ;) is regular goldfish flake food. Check out your local fish store (LFS) for brands like Tetra.

What size tank do you have, and what kind of filter are you using?

Again, welcome to a great hobby (and a great website  )

probably algae scrape it off the gf will probably eat it if its floating around they like to eat plants

As long as the spots don't move around they are almost certainly algae, soft algaes are easy to remove but if it is tough and gritty to the touch you can scrape if off with a credit card edge. It is best to siphon it out once scraped off as it sometimes reattatches to whatever it lands on.
Use a good quality food made for goldfish or koi. don't use food made for tropicals as a staple, it is to rich for them and can lead to bloat. You can supplement the goldfish food with occasional algae wafers, spirolina, nori, blanched spinach, blackworms, and chopped earthworms. They also will eat live brineshrimp.
