One of my cichlids dorsal fin seems to have several lines of tiney black spots on it. Its seems as if the dorsal fin has been damaged scrapped. I think its some kind of parasite. What do you guys think?

The only parasite that comes to my mind is actually called "blackspot" which is relatively harmless, because I believe that the fish is only an intermediate host, but I would double check on that. You should probably get a picture of it up. Other than that I don't know much about parasites. Good luck!
