I got a black spotted eel that i put in my 125...when I put him in he went right for a fake driftwood piece i have in there and I havent seen him since..that was 2 days ago...ive never had an eel before is this normal behavior? maybe he is coming out at night?...anyone here have one? if so, what are you feeding yours?

Sometimes my eel is hidden for about a week straight. The rest of the time you just see his nose sticking up out of the gravel.
