Black vs. White

I plan to set up a Frontosa tank soon and can't decide if I should keep my white sand, or buy some black sand. Help me decide.
Here's the background I'll be using.

Honestly, I was leaning toward black, thinking that the blues in the fish would be deeper and less faded. Hmmm but all 3 of you like white.... now I'm really confused.

I don't want to lose any more sleep over this! lol

I was also thinking of changing my light. Do you guys like White light or Blue light?

There Blue Zaire Frontosa which come from very deep waters. So I could see a blue light being appropriate as well.

Definitely go with black substrate and a white light. It would look pretty good with the cichlids(?)
