Man you just toss one in a terrarium and they will do this non stop. Im in Bakersfield CA, these things are all over. I dont normally kill widows since I really like them and they are reclusive, but I was in a hurry one night and it was in a bad spot for family coming over I smushed it. Later on just opened the sack a day or so early and gave the babies a chance, most likely got eaten up by other bugs. Plus I spray my house now and then. Widows are just a part of life hear lol. If you keep one keep it in a well vented glass container, no holes big enough for babies to get out because I learned that the hard way long ago, they wont bite you but you dont want that many uncalled for. Feed them crix and moths and such, they get super fat. Great spiders. If you got kids and pets then this should never be within reach of anyone but you. They are very cool to observe though feeding and house keeping. Mist them for water. Some sticks and such, anyways, see ya.
