black wolf abbs pain

Hello guys. My black wolf (curupira) has some pain in the abbs after he eats. He is grabing himself against the botom and he is doing fast moves like somebody is stabing him in the belly. Anyway next day he is relax again till he eats. What this can be?

I have also seen it once with mine aswell. It was conserning but it only happened once.
