black worms in tank

I just drained and moved my 55g and refilled it and just noticed little black worm things.....less than 1/4 inch long...almost look like mosgito larva but its not...these are crawling around the bottom on the sand....are these dangerous to my fish...I don't wanna put my juruense back in till I know.

If he was in there prior to you cleaning it then I would put him back. Do you sometimes feed him black worms maybe the multiplied.

nope i feed him frozen bloodworms, ghostshrimp and mosgito fish
