I got some at my lfs and put em in the tank for the first time about a minute ago and my fish didnt even try to eat them untill they started to wiggle at the bottom. heres my question will they borrow into my gravel and breed and cause disease and such? and if so how do i get rid of em?

I pretty much did the same thing you did, I bought some black worms put them in my tank and they burrowed in the gravel. About 2 weeks later i removed the gravel and the worms were still in the gravel alive and well. I rinsed all the worms out and reused the gravel, and about 2 days ago I noticed my whole entire tank is coverd with tiny worms.

gravel vac unless you have loachs or cories. They'll take care of them.

i leave them in there so they have a snack once in a while...but they do las for ever i think i found some after 6 months i last fed the worms to my fish...but now i use sand in my main tank

try to only put a little at a time. Make sure your fishes know its feeding time, that way they grab the worms before it even hits the surface(unless they are bottom dwellers.)

worm cones?

when we talk bout black worms we're talkin bout these right?

as for the worm cones its used to keep the worms suspended so fish can peck at them n they dont get into the substrate
