Blackbelt??

I have a somewhat mystery Vieja, I think it may be a mutt Black Belt. It's very dark compared to my other one, a much darker blue overall and more black scales throughout. The belly is nearly black and it doesn't have as defined of a belt. Any guesses??

I've seen blackbelts with that heavy black spotting. i think its an age thing.
awesome fish though. i love that red tail.

Mine is a very dark one, black belly, dark blue background and a lotta black scales. Mine looks a lot like yours, but more blue background, and a more noticeable vertical belt.

I think yours is a black belt.
