Blackberry Peacock Bass (Cichla Melaniae Sp)

Anyone ever heard of a Blackberry PBass? I purchased this one a few months ago from Predatory Fins and sold as a Blackberry PBass (Cichla Melaniae sp).

The description is vague: "This is a hybrid species that was selectively breed to have a thick black horizontal line and very gold body."

I sent an email to them asking if they could provide more info on this guy but no response. I was curious if any of ya'll have heard of these?

Nice looking fish but I can't say that I've heard of that trade name before.

I have never heard of that at all before. Wonder which ones they cross bred to get them.
