Blacked out photos...

I was wondering how the photos with just the fish on a black background are achieved? Im assuming photoshop or similar? Is there an instructional website that explains how to do it? Thanks

My tank is just painted black.. Nothing fancy, no photoshop work.

Just twin 4ft fluorescent bar lights, they were only $20 from Bunnings.. Globes are nothing special, I think only $4 each.
