Blackfin sharks-FW

Bought some Blackfin Sharks from the LFS. Anyone have the scientific name or can tell me the max size of these fellas? FW, BTW.

hmmm, you mean columbian sharks? the catfish? Scientific name is Arius seemani, but I am not sure if this is the one you are talking about. That's the problem with common names lol
 
Those are the ones. They're very active for catfish! I just bought two of them. They seemed to school in the tanks @ the LFS

No problem :)

just one important thing. These cats will require brackish, and eventually close to full salt. Otherwise they develop skin lesions and infections, and probably will pass away.

Yeah, I read up on them quite a bit. I didn't know that when I purchased them but it gives me an excuse to have a BW tank. I have always wanted to have a tank with monos, scats, etc. Thanks Again;):)
