Is there a reliable source for blacktip reef sharks and other rare sharks species that are available in the hobby.

For Saltwater, I would highly recommend asking that question at a different saltwater specific group. As far as I know, I don't think anyone has a saltwater tank large enough to house such a massive fish. For the few people who double up on Saltwater and Freshwater, they don't have tanks nearly large enough to house that kind of a fish.
