Old member returning to the hobby and starting off with a pretty decent 125g and of course my fav cichlids of them all...Malawi.
I have the 125g up and running and over all good set up (just bought used), but will need some upgrades soon. I really am not a fan of the stand, so thatll be a project later on in the summer. But for now I am happy to just have a set up again.
As for as decor, sand is in and am working on some DIY rock pillars and a corner style reef, not really going for a background nor a biotope, just something dif and something to break up the tank for mbunas, peacocks and haps.
So far i have 1.5" fry in a 55g (holding tank) til ready to move.
