Hope everyone is doing good!
My pleco tanks KH is very low but the PH is normal.
Should I add seeded crushed coral?
I do massive water changes to keep PH normal since there lots of wood in the tank.
Any advice would be appreciated.

A KH of 2 degrees will certainly experience a lower PH if you weren't doing water changes every other day.

What is the PH of your water source, after you have it sitting in a cup for 24 hours? I suspect the high PH is only because you are testing it directly out of the water source rather than letting the water settle and give you a true PH reading.

What fish are you keeping?
