Just finished doing a partial water change and gravel vacuum. after turning the filter back on there were several white 1/4" worms that came out they were very small and looked like lint but after looking closely, i could see that they were segmented. I've been feeding my fishes blackworms once a week so i'm sure some got sucked into the filter. Is this bad for the tank? All the other fishes couldnt even see the worms except for a couple 2" jags.

Sounds like harmless nematodes, but you're able to see them, so you'd be better at identifying them with a picture.
