Blck spots on parrots. Any idea why?

any idea why my blood parrots are developing black spots on their body.
I dont think they are stressed, or sick. They are very active and eating properly.

Can anyone suggest why do these black spots develop?

Almost a minimum is pictures, tank parameters (ammonia, nitrite0, nitrate, pH, temperature), fish history and tank history.
