i saw two very small bleach white fat worms on my mushrooms this morn. should i get them out are they going to eat my mushrooms? they look like little sea cucumber but bright white.thanks for your help

there is a cluster of eggs from????? on these same mushrooms.should i wait till they hatch?or just let nature take its course?eventually my mantis will get them right?the slug type creatures look like sea cucumbers and are bright white.they have two small antenna's and little black eyes.(they are about the size of a grain of rice). should i worry?
