I bleached some foam filters after a bout with ich 6 months ago. The bleach water made the filters kind of look distorted. They’ve been rinsed and dried for over 6 months. Are they safe to use?

Probably safe. But I did similar with some after a disease years ago. They basically turned all floppy and were worthless as filtration. Yours probably have done the same, maybe not to the same degree. Might as well throw them out, they're cheap to replace anyway.

I regularly bleached the micron filters that came with my Magnum 350 as well as filter socks. After 1 day of bleaching, I rinsed and let them soak for 1 more day in a bucket of water and Prime.
