One of my favorite fish has been sick for several weeks. I had her in quarantine for about two weeks, where I bombarded her with Melafix, API General cure and a copper-based Ich medicine. I tried using each of those individually and sparingly to seemingly no effect. I began bombarding and it seemingly cured her. I returned her to her normal tank. I just came back after traveling for a week, and it seems like I'm back to square one with the symptoms (see pics) -- like a fungus growing on her (I'm not sure if its a fungus, bacteria, or something else).
Does anyone know what this is, and what the right medicine is to treat this?
