Hello, I think my arowana has gone blind

I got the arrow when it was about 4 inches and is now around 11-12 inches it grew up in a 65 Gallon Glass tank I just bought a 135 Gallon Acrylic and a Fluval FX5, Setup the new tank temp is at 84 degrees F.

It loves to eat pellets, float type Akari Gold I belive there called. It was eating fine in the new tank untill about 2 days ago it stopped eatting Tried market shrimps still no go. I noticed that he was bumping into the walls of the tank. Now normally this fish is a bit jumpy if you walked twords the tank fast it would bolt to the other side. This is why I'm worried now it doesnt get jumpy at all I can reach in the tank put my hand in front of it and it will bump my hand then take off.

The eyes are not cloudy at all everything seems normal, but I was told by a friend that he could have bumped into a wall and gone blind is that possible or typical. Can anything be done about it?

I dont know if the fish is blind or not- but it definetly looks "off" or dizzy, like he got his bell rung- did he freak out with the tank change and bang the tank wall or top? maybe he'll shake it off or maybe hes a retard now- if thats the case then theres no cure for retard- just put a helmet on his head and floaties on his arm-pec fins and call him special
