bloat help

i have a 220 im pretty sure all my cichlids have bloat... no one around here carries clout i called every petstore around... no one has aything i was wondering if anyone had any info for me... i also read u could use epsom salt and table salt 50 50 but i wasnt sure how much or where to put it... turn my filters off?? just toss it in??? take out catfish and plecos??? help lol

Without other info, I would not treat with antibiotics just yet.

What are your water parameters?
What species are all these cichlids?
Diet?
Temperature?
Filtration?
Water change schedule?
