Bloated Clown Loach

One of my loaches has been like this for the last couple of days. At times, he is swimming around with the pack and other times he is laying on his side in the middle of the tank. All other loaches seem to be fine, does this look normal?

I read a thread about a bloating issue with a Tigrinus catfish. It was recommended to use epsom salt to decrease the bloating. Are you sure its belly isn't from recent overeating? Hope this helps. Good luck.

Did it's stomach just one day seem bloated or was this over a period of time? If I put food in my tank the CLs will eat it all and look extremely bloated. I am careful to not over feed these guys as mine will readily over eat. I can't tell from the pic but is it's eyes bugging out? Does it skin have any red streaks as if it has small tears?

As far as the CL laying on its side that can be normal. My CLs like to lay on top of the power-head one right on top of the other just crammed up there.
